Okay I was wiped out physically today after yesterday being so active. And I was more hungry. I just had a fun size m&m pack and it was so good. I think the baby liked it too. I'm finally motivated to git off the couch and put in some laps at the park. Fresh air sounds nice.

Last Night while American Idol was on I got my butt off the couch and got my heart rate pumpen while i was jumpen to git the last 2500 steps off my vivo fit band and i could make goal. Yea! dont matter if it gits done at 2pm at the park or at the last minute 9:30 pm In front of the couch. Goal is to git up and burn em!!!!
