Yes I am, I'm still under a sports physio and he's brilliant!!!! He deals with many runners and he knows what my race plans are. I'll still do some 10k and half's but the trail in January (& June in Wales) and another trail and the marathon are my targets to build up for. Thanks :)

Thanks so much for the feedback - I think I need to plan my time better and put my health first. The evening meals are sorted to a degree, I always cook nutritious healthy foods for my boys (they're 7 and 5 years) and the evening meals are mostly salads, rice or pasta dishes. My boys love cooking so I do need to get them…

I work in an office and often it ends up I work through and before I know it, it's 3pm and I haven't eaten or done anything active. I have an injury too so I'm a tad grumpy.....
