I also agree that a counselor might benefit you. You shouldn't be punishing yourself or hating this. You need to find something that work for you. :)

I doing my workouts in the morning right before breakfast, but not to lose weight faster. It's just easier for me to get my workouts in before heading to work. I have noticed that it helps me stay focused the rest of the day a lot more than if I would have slept in that extra hour though. :smiley:

I do a lot of freezer meals for my work lunches. I make a big batch of something, and portion it out so I know exactly what each serving has for calories. I have made sweet potato noodles with sloppy joe mix on top, burrito bowls, various stir fries, various pasta dishes, and mini meatloafs with veggies. They work great…

I personally love my Fitbit Charge 3. I also don't expect it to be 100% accurate. But the couple times I tested various features, they seem to be pretty close at least close enough for me. I like the features on it and having it helps keep me motivated. :)

Fitbits aren't worth it to you. They are to me. I love their app. I love how it transfers data to here. It has given me results and keeps me motivated. I understand it's not 100% accurate (which no trackers are) so I adjust the results and use what I have discovered to work with me. When this Fitbit dies, I will buy…

I just started it. I'm on week two day one today. So far I love it. I love that I can go at my own pace. I havent had to repeat a day yet, but if I do need to, it's an option. I also feel it really motivates me and helps me run right now.

I love my Fitbit. But I also love it due to the fact that when wearing it, I'm more motivated to move and walk. The extra features to me make it something I dont want to be without.

I personally love listening to an audio book while walking. I find that it helps me zone out a little which is my favorite part of walking.

I love walking for fitness. I take the dog and listen to an audio book. I feel like it's my escape from the world for a little bit. :)

We use ours quite often, at least a few times a week. It makes the absolute best mashed potatoes and baked potatoes!

I fully agree with the others about the food scale. I got one after judging and it amazed me how wrong I was about a lot of foods! Some I was able to have more, but most I was over guessing the amount and had to cut back.

I've had this happen a couple times before. It usually fixes my issues when I disconnect the two apps and repair them again.

I think it might be best if you can see if someone at the gym can kind of show you around and make sure you know how to use various equipment. I did this and it helped a lot! Happy working out!

I personally do not do squats or lunges or anything like that because I have bad knees (27, so you aren't too young). I would recommend asking your doctor about it. There is a chance your form is off, but there is also a chance that it's something your doctor should know.

Mine makes that noise too. My doctor told me if it isn't causing me pain to not worry about it.

I have about 20 different random seasonings at home (like steak, veggie, Cajun, Korean BBQ, lemon pepper, and random other ones) and I sprinkle whatever sounds good that day. Some of them are wonderful (like the steak one) and some aren't the greatest on specific veggies. But it's whatever you think sounds good.
