I know it's a convenience thing. I'm up very early in the mornings so every moment of sleep counts. I love hard boiled eggs but the cholesterol worries me. Am I getting the same nutrients from a protein shake? I thought that was the big claim on shakeology was the high nutrition.

So, I weighed in when I got home and have lost 6.4lbs this week. I decided to have a cheat dinner to celebrate. Chipotle burrito bowl. Only went over my goal calories for the day by 235. But think I owed it to myself for doing so well all week. Did feel guilty though afterwards
