Stay on the diet through, it is a rest from exercises like cardio not from food. Stick to your calories diet.

This is good. I really need a scale or something to measure out exactly how much I put into my body. I have an a 1100 diet plan, which prob' more like a 200-2500 cal diet plan. Interesting.

Well everyone is different, but I started with the diet goals first. Once you get the diet under control then you can go out with the heavy artillery. Then I moved to work out plan: first- cardio and then lifting weights or using weight machines.

What shagerty77 said... do both to lose that weight and fat. I do situps and stretches at home and use the gym's machines for the bodybuilding and cardio workouts.

1. Drink water. 2. Eat nuts or pistachios (not too much though) 3. Stay busy at work. 4. Go walking again and again. 5. Spend time doing yard work. 6. Spend time painting or doing some activity. 7. All of the above.

Pretty much all fruits would go. Grapes, pears, bananas, plums, pineapples....you name it. I would eat any of those fruits and veggies over a snickers bar right now. Speaking of which, I am graving a celery and carrot stick right now. :smiley:
