Thank you.. yeah I'm tracking everything I eat. I weight it all too. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't jeopardising myself. When you weigh chicken to track it do you go with raw or cooked weight? Same with pasta?

Thank you martyqueen52 that's so helpful. It threw me a bit as I cooked 50g of wholewheat pasta dried then looked at Label an the info was for cooked weight so I weighed out again when cooked an there was barely anything!! Thanks again

Thank you. So us the label usually for raw? For example chicken? Does the nutrients stay same for cooked?
