When you weigh chicken to track it do you go with raw or cooked weight? Same with pasta?thanks

Hi all. Just bit of advice please. I lost some weight last year with a trainer an used this to track me. My macros were 40% protein n carbs and 20% fats. I'm back on it again as need to shift more weight.. my main meals are pretty healthy as are snacks to an extent but what I wonder is can you eat pretty much as you want…
