I started doing davina's fit in 15 when I was 9 weeks pp. Baby's now 14 weeks old and I'm doing jillian's 30 day shred. Even 15 mins is a struggle as baby doesn't nap predictably but he's getting better so I can now usually finish the 25 minute shred workout without interruption! It has completely rebuilt my stomach…

I'm on day 22 of the shred and also thinking of moving onto RI30 next - let me know how you find it when you start :)
-
I finished level 2 yesterday :) I am so pleased to have done with that level! It kills my arms and shoulders - I think I should be using lighter weights really. Having a day off today and starting level 3 tomorrow. Hope I don't wish I was back on level 2! Congrats on your progress beverlyblu :) 7lb is totally achievable!

Are you breastfeeding? My lb is 3 months old too and I'm also now gaining weight after losing all pregnancy weight. I find that I'm starving all the time and have no self control. Every time he naps or feeds I reach for snacks. Congrats on your little boy btw x

I've just finished level 2 and I still find it really hard. I'm much less sweaty by the end of it now tho so I must have improved. I've never had a problem with my knees before but I do feel them after these workouts. I would take a couple of days off if I was you, or modify the moves to avoid the knee exercises (difficult…

@supersimonesquirrel Shred!!!

Day 17 done. Missed the last 2 days with sick oh and non-sleeping baby to look after. Got my dad round for an hour this morning so I could do day 7 of level 2. I do hate it but I can do more of it now and feel so good after. I haven't lost any weight, in fact I've prob put on a few pounds, but this wasn't about weight loss…

Walnuts are yum in a salad. Halloumi is delicious but prob not what you're after in terms of healthiness. Olives are juicy and salty so can be a satisfying meat substitute. Grilled aubergine works really well with a lentil salad and has a chewy, juicy "meatiness" too.

Day 15 done. I actually hate level 2! It's not getting any easier! Only 4 days left thank god!
-
Thanks :) I still couldn't do the press ups in level 1 but moved onto level 2 anyway after 10 days cos I was bored of it! I don't think we need to perfect a level before moving on. Level 2 is really hard but it's good to have a change!
-
Day 15 here and it is hard but it's only 20 minutes! And I def feel stronger and fitter!
-
Using own music helps massively doesn't it! Day 14 done. Nearly half way through. Level 2 is so hard for me, but I feel really proud every day I do it so I just have to focus on that for another 6 days!
-
Lvl 2 day 4 done. Seem to be doing this level only every other day, but I can still feel it working. Looking forward to level 3 but if it's another shoulder focused level maybe not so much! Level 2 kills my shoulders already! Think I'm gonna do 30 day shred again after I finish it, but with 2kg weights for all of it as I…

Lvl 2 day 3 done. These are the longest 20 minutes of my life!
-
I only notice it when I'm in plank position and look down at my stomach - then I can see how it hangs down in a way it never did before I got pregnant! It's not noticeable when I'm standing up luckily. I only have one child so I can imagine after more pregnancies there'd be a lot more of it. Not sure there's much we can do…

Wow, 8lb weights! I wouldn't be able to do any of the moves with those! I'm using 2kg which is about 4.5 lb and they're too heavy for the v raise things. I'm a weakling! Rest day today. I've been walking for 3 hours with the pram and an hour with the dogs so I've been active, but my muscles and joints need a day to recover…
-
Lvl 2 day 2 done. Sooo hard - I can't get my arms to lift at all on the last set of v raise chair squat things. I'm using 2kg weights and I think I really need slightly lighter ones! Oh well, maybe I'll be able to do it by the end of this level. I really like the jumping twist things! I've got no visible changes yet but…

I'm not doing any other exercise because I just don't have time, though I do spend hours every day walking and rocking my baby if that counts! Ideally I'd like to do a 15 minute cardio workout (davina's) as well, but baby never sleeps for longer than 20 mins. Congrats on reaching the halfway mark! I think I'm gonna find…

Level 2 day 1 done! Much harder than level 1 - shoulders, arms and legs all shaking! My baby isn't letting me do 20 mins of workout at the moment but I got my dad round to hold him so I didn't have to miss another day. Feel great having done it.
-
Lvl 2 day 1 for me today too. Wow, lots harder than level 1! My arms and shoulders were killing me, and legs shaking on those squat lift things. Feel great after doing it tho. And I love those walking press up things - much more fun than the standard push-ups in lvl 1! I'm def gonna be fitter after 9 more days of this!
-
Day off today. Exhausted from lack of sleep and my joints need a rest too. Starting level 2 tomorrow.
-
Day 10 done today! Best so far I think - pushed really hard on everything. Still can't do push-ups though. I can do the first lot (modified) but only manage a couple in the second lot :( I think the mix of push ups and those squat press things one after the other is just too much for me.
-
I'm on day 10 today. I already feel much stronger and fitter than when I started. I'm breastfeeding my 11 week old and not combining it with any restricted diet, so I'm not seeing any weight loss, but it's the fitness I'm after really. I've got muscles in my tummy again, yay! Hope you both had a good start :)
-
I'm bfing my 11 week old boy. I've lost the pregnancy weight almost - just 5 or so pounds to go. I'm doing the 30 day shred which is making me feel much stronger and fitter, going some way to make up for the fatigue from lack of unbroken sleep. My main problem is constant hunger, especially for cashew nuts and chocolate!…

Well done on the restart Katie_Y89! Day 9 done today. It went much faster with my own music playing, should have started that as soon as I learned the routine!
-
My 11 week old boy becomes my dumbbell when he starts crying before the end of my 30 DS workouts.
-
Lvl 1 day 8 done. It doesn't seem to be getting any easier yet! I do feel fitter though. Tomorrow I'm really gonna have to turn Gillian down and have own music on as suggested - it is getting pretty boring now.
-
Wow congratulations! You look great! Did you notice much change as you went through or was it mostly at the end? I'm day 8 now and I swear my stomach's a bit bigger than it was! I do feel stronger though.
-
Wow, my head is spinning just reading that! I thought I was busy with my 11 week old and 2 dogs and a cat!!! You're in a different league! Having a baby makes me realise how much free time I had before and just wasted. Now just finding 20 minutes before the baby starts crying again is a challenge. But, day 8 done today.…

Day 7 done - one week yay! @rumswood 3 kids under 2, oh my god. I don't know how you survive let alone have the energy to get up extra early! Amazing self discipline! Listening to you two I am not looking forward to level 2. I'll try and enjoy these last days of level 1!
