Just survived temptation!!! Was craving a bowl of cereal and checked the time first, then my calories left over and decided a glass of water will do just fine. If I get hungry later I may resort to a small cup of hot tea! LNS:2 ME:6 No eating after 8, water or hot tea after(only honey)

Started getting cravings before bed, drank a full glass of water LNS:2 ME:5 Goal: No snacking after 8 Water or hot tea only (no additives except a little honey)
