April goals - 2nd month of this challenge
No snacking after dinner 26/30 nights
Can snack after dinner 4/30 nights but only on weekends.
This month I'm adding in a clause that I can eat one small piece of fruit after working nights.

Good evening Krisen. I started challenge 7 days ago and each evening logging results. My streak is 7 days no snacking after 7.30 pm. Love the challenge saved me from mindless snacking at night4 -

I believe there is a new challenge every month so just continue logging in the rest of this month and begin again starting next month. Many of us show our 'Streak' to document how long we have gone without a LNS but 'start over' again at the first of the month.

Im struggling so hard with this. Do people find it helps to give a time limit , eg. 7/8pm ??2

Just survived temptation!!! Was craving a bowl of cereal and checked the time first, then my calories left over and decided a glass of water will do just fine. If I get hungry later I may resort to a small cup of hot tea!
