Thanks! Well there is a big community around this app of random people from around the globe. What does that tell you? :) we all here for a reason and most of us need a nudge! I think is human nature. This app is a good tool. The trick I find is to start small...I like logging stuff in here keeps me on track!

Have you tried yoga and swimming? I personally hardly have timw to cook so keep things simple when I do...what type of food you into anyway and 52 not old mate! 92 is!!! ;)
