    I can't seem to stay away from MFP. I tried. I really did but I just can't. ;)

    Left for a while to focus solely on my marriage. Have that under control so now it's back to working on my fitness again. :)

    So I'm back with intent to stay.

    I finally bought those Miss Me jeans I wanted and I don't want them to get too small!!! Back on track!!

    Looking for support. Nothing more.

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm just now getting back to using myfitnesspal. Last year it helped me lose about 11 lbs, I've gained about 8 of those pounds back. My goal now is to lose about 20 lbs by the end of June. I have a few weddings to attend between now and then and I'd like to feel good in a slim fitting suit. Plus my arm candy is starting to melt off. I'm not a self starter when it comes to fitness, so some motivation will definitely make a difference.

    I recently started walking 1.5- 2 miles during my lunch break and so far it's helped me feel a bit healthier. I also dragged one of my coworkers along and it's helped him tremendously, he's a lot older and his doctor says he's seeing an improvement. Even helped him quit smoking cigarettes-- still working on getting him to ditch the e-cig.
    A small gesture on my part made an impact on someone else's life, that makes it all worth it.
