Calories are a bummer

Just trying to get the extra weight off. My injuries limit my activity level so I'm a gym member and light walking. Im old (52 soon) and banged up but you can't kill me, I won't die. I could use some good recipes, the 4 basic food groups are boring.

    Have you tried yoga and swimming? I personally hardly have timw to cook so keep things simple when I do...what type of food you into anyway and 52 not old mate! 92 is!!! ;)

    Prob with knee replacements, it hurts to kneel down, metal on skin. My balance sucks now so yoga is a challenge. But I'll keep pushing!
