I also really like soup ! Maybe if i stick to a broth based soup it would be better then a clam chowder or loaded potato soup lol.

Same over here , All week ive been between 188.5 and 189 :neutral: Im getting a bit frustrated but ive got to keep pushing myself. Not sure what else there is for me to do ? Ive been eating healthy, small portions, maybe i should push myself more in the gym ? Ugh how frustrating :(

I only have 30 more lbs to loose , ive lost 25 so far but , it is starting to get a little bit harder so i need to keep pushing myself to eat healthy and don't quit at the gym !!

I do not weigh my food , i don't have a food scale.... what else could i use ??? I put on the weight over a stretch of 2 years. I only started to loose weight in February and since then im down 25 pounds which maybe isn't that fast.

Keep going girl ! Weight loss i feel mainly comes down to your diet, staying within your calorie goal. Thats how ive lost 25 lbs so far. Don't waste your time with resistance machines, do exercises that target several muscle groups and burn more calories. Like squats , and jumping jacks. The fitness classes will help but,…

I am just so eager to get these pounds off. Ive done really good so far but, i am also a very impatient person. Which is not a good thing lol. I know loosing weight takes time and I get expect the scale to drop so drastically so quickly either. I just think it is getting harder :(

Well , the popcorn was bagged orville smart pop, it was a mini bag and had 100 calories. I can't remember the last time i ate before last night so maybe that cause a little trouble for me.

Did not put any salt on my popcorn. Maybe i should try to cut out all the treats. Right now im averaging about 3 unhealthy treats per week. Example would be cheesecake, popcorn, and kitkat bites. Ive been eating healthy but maybe I am eating the wrong foods ? I have treat from time to time. Last night I ate popcorn and this morning when i saw i was back up to 190 i almost started to cry.

Ohhh you can do it !! Ive been very good at not drinking very much alcohol lately and it taken off a couple hundred calories per week !! Which has helped a lot in my weight loss.
