I have a vivofit2, love love to know how to use it ! Instructions are in french, so I don't understand all of it, all it does is count steps, must be more to it ! X

7 miles logged today before the puncture fairy paid a visit.

Very windy and stupid mapmyride turned off for a while, then got a puncture, so only logged 7 miles! Better tomorrow I hope.

They say time heals. Not sure if it does, it's been years since my partner left me and I don't think I'll ever fully get over it, but time has dampened the pain xx good luck

Cookies are soft and thicker, biscuits are hard and thinner, therefore less calories ! (UK)

Would love to join you guys for May, I'm slow, have a hybrid bike and live in very rural france. Have only been cycling for a couple of years. I need new hips and have a dodgy back,so may not be able to keep up, but i am aiming for at least 200 miles for May xx

I use map my ride, similar to Strava, also links to this site, I'm slow but at least I cycle, did 30 miles yesterday and took 3 hours, my son did same route today in 1hr and 47 minutes !

I was teaching a step class and realised my leotard was on back to front (many years ago)

We didn't have the choice years ago, nor did we sit in front of tvs or computers. More playing and less junk food !

You are doing so well, don't give up. Have a couple of bad days then get back to it x Good luck. I set small goals, like 5lb a time and aim to treat myself (non food) each time I reach it, it just seems easier if you think of 5lb a time rather than a larger amount xx

Brit living in France, it's so boring here ! I eat out of boredom, need friends to help keep me motivated x ps I'm not a youngster Lol just young at heart love my dogs, my family and sunshine xx
