I'm on month 3 and have plateau, any advice please thanks xxx

Try to make sure you have at least 1200 calories a day, that was my downfall! I wasn't eating enough so that's why my body went into plateau, I'm making sure to get 1200 a day otherwise I'm just wasting my money. Good luck

I've been on mounjono ? Spelling not sure, been 3 weeks, has helped with the will power, I actually ignored the cake and biscuit isle ! i have had them in the past, but as soon as you stop taking them you just binge and gain all the weight back. I have done well with MFP before and im back on it again. I would say with the pills a wide berth xx they are not good for heart and other things xx

I used to have a huskey also but when he died i just couldn't get another hence the reason for the frenchies, totally different !!!

1 have 2 french bulldogs Fred and Olive who are not good in this heat, so i get up at silly o clock to take them out, at the moment they are both crashed out indoors wearing their cool coats, and Olive who is next to me has just farted :s
