      Not sure what challage is called, but it cost 50 euro per month and 1st week detox after that shakes

      Nope. Detox is pointless, your body detoxes itself. Just eat at a calorie deficit.

      Challenges can be good, but paying to lose weight, detoxes and shakes is shady business.

      Not going to do it ! I know that a shake isnt going to do it for me, ill end up eating as well

      its a bit of a crazy idea, but why don't you try MFP, and lose weight by eating things you like, but in a calorie deficit?!
