Very impressive...I am not sure if I have a right to say this, but I am proud of you. :-)

I feel fabulous. The hunger I felt during the first days is gone and now I am looking forward to my juices. Every morning I wake up wondering if I will hurt and to my surprise I don't. I haven't stepped on the scale yet, but I am certain I lost a few pounds. I am pain-free and medication free what feels like Christmas. I…

I am a bit older, 52 too be exact...but I don't feel like an old-timer. I am here since 3 days on my journey to better health and lower weight. I wish we all could be friends and support each other....all of you sound so motivated. I wish us strengths and a good sense of humor. Everything is easier with laughter, even…

I am so glad you are doing better, You are an inspiration. I am on Day # 3 of juicing and I woke up today pain free. I could walk without a problem and my fingers weren't swollen -as they usually are. I am tickled pink :-) Thank you for your understanding....Good luck and stay healthy.

Did you actually read my post...or were you just eager to write against something that you don't seem to understand? I assume you are a healthy 54 hear old who doesn't struggle with an autoimmune disorder. Let me be blunt..I assume you don't really know what an autoimmune disorder is, right?

I think many of you guys don't understand that I have an autoimmune disorder and I assume most of you haven't watched the movie either. I don't juice to loose weight, I juice to reboot my system because I don't want to be on medications for the rest of my life, if I don't have to. Juicing for weight loss is stupid...I…

Thank you for the warm welcome. Now I feel better...starving is so much easier with a big smile on my face -just kidding about the starving part. I love my juice -so far :-) I am Bridget from Columbus OH

I think sometimes it's just baby steps. Take it one day at a time -that's what I need to do. By any means, I am not an expert, I just started my journey yesterday, but I am certain that the big picture will overwhelm me. I have 100 lbs to lose and that sounds like an impossible task. Take it one day at a time, be nice and…

I am glad I read this post, I was a little bit worried if I am the only oldtimer here. :-) I would like to join this group. I am in my early 50's and just started my weight loss journey. I am at Day 2 of my new life. I posted this in a different (wrong) thread: I am not just here to lose weight; I am here to become…

Everybody seems to be so young here. Gosh I hope I am not the only "old-timer." I started today and would love to have a few friends. I am going to loose 100 lbs. I need all the help I can get.

I started today and would love to be your friend. I think I could use all the help I can get. I started my 100 pound weight loss journey today.

Yes, I will weigh in every Friday. I will count my calories in the food journal and I bought a food scale so I can measure the food. I am ready to go :-)

You already started - you are here and so am I as of today. Baby steps - one step at a time. It doesn't matter how long it will take as long as we get there. I am going to loose the 100 lbs and so will you if your mind is made up.

I started today and would love to support you.

Thank you for the welcome. I will not skip the juicing part, because I believe in cleansing. I need to heal my immune system (leaky gut) for me it's not just about weight loss, it's about getting and being healthy.
