Thank you all for the input, it's good to know not to take it all too seriously. I've been maintaining the same weight for 2 weeks now despite increasing my workouts, so I'm going to reduce my caloric intake and go from there.

Thank you so much for the help! I'm seeing that much of this boils down to "don't eat crap". Trying to get all my protein and fat without blowing out on calories really limits the foods I shouldn't be eating anyway. I just need to find a good, healthy ways to fill up mid-day, when I'm my hungriest.

If there's nothing you HAVE to have at the fair, just eat beforehand and take a bottle of water with you to sip on. I totally agree that having ONE thing you love and logging it is perfectly acceptable. That being said, I still say eat something healthy before you go and take the water anyway.
