Your list is better than mine. I only eat about 1 or maybe 2 things on your list. I find the Naked juices/ smoothie drinks to be very helpful because you get a lot of nutrients from them that is provided by vegetables and they tastes really well. Also v8 splash juice....if that's still on the market. Haven't consumed v8…
