20lbs by June 1st

Need to lose 70lbs taking it one day at a time. I didn't gain 70lbs over night so I know I have to put some major hard constant work in and I'm ready more then ever my birthday is coming up and summer is around the corner this is going to be fun considering the fact I was a athlete until 2years ago and I have to build that strength back up. Looking for a few friends to join me on the way
