Running/ jogging
Hello I would like to start running or jogging to jump start my weight loss. I currently weigh around 290 lbs. I stand 5 feet 2 inches tall. What's the difference in the two(running and jogging)? Also I heard that this can be bad for your knees. Is this true? Can anyone who runs or jog help me out with this? Any feedback…

Almond milk
I assumed that almond milk offered a great amount of protein but it doesn't. It barely offer any at all. One can drink regular milk and get more protein than that. So...who drinks almond milk? Why do you drink it? What does it offer you??

Are the Naked juices/smoothies any good?
