I stopped reading at 'almonds are an amazing source of protein'.5

I mean it's not really surprising, it only has 25 calories a cup and almonds are around 7 calories each. It doesn't stop me from drinking it, it's a great milk alternative I'm sure whatever they put in almond milk won't kill me haha3

Ironically Almond milk is more expensive here than regular milk!

They are a source but not really a good source. They are a good source of fat.
In 170 calories it contains:
6 g carbs
6 g protien
15 g fat
Here's comparing it to a good source of protein like chicken:
In 142 calories it contains:
0 g carbs
27 g protein
3 g fat18 -

This could be said of pretty much all nuts. It's why I facepalm every time I see someone recommend any of them to someone asking for protein sources.7 -

Milk for $1.25??? it's $3.69 for a gallon of milk where I live. And that's generic. Name brand is almost $5.2 -
I mostly drink nut milks but also buy half a gallon of milk for making yogurt.
My half a gallon of cashew milk, prefer the taste, is 2.98. There's a sale right now, so it's 1.98
The same amount of cow's milk is 1.48.1 -

1 Gallon = 3L so your prices are pretty similar to our generic brands. The milk i buy, local, organic and grassfed is $5.20 for 2L

Yes it is. There's nothing bad about fat, besides transfat, stay away from that one.
