Y'all are misunderstanding what I mean. I met it kinda sucks that I skipped my workout and went ahead and did the slip n slide. If I would have known that an hour of running up and down hill and throwing myself at the ground was considered a low activity I would have done the workout first and then went out there. No where…

Yea, I don't log every little thing, I washed the dogs, clean the chicken coop, rake the yard, etc and don't log it. I also log things and still don't eat the calories. I just like to know what I have been doing for excercise.

I try to get creative with my exercise activities, and no I wouldn't have done this before losing weight. I would,have Sat and watched. I was too big and stiff and would have hurt myself or broken it.

Hey I was running around with the kids, you run to get momentum to slide. And it's like a reverse crunch, you either tighten your core or it hurt!

Everyone thought I was anorexic in high school, looking back even I think I was too thin. After being almost 200 lbs I'll be satisfied with anything under 150!

I weighed around 120 in highschool, and looked like the 15-17% pic. I was in no way working out regularly.(think once a week PE class work out lol) I honestly don't think I want that again... I think I look better when I have a softness to me.

Ok so I'm more like between 35 and 40... I honestly don't want to be ripped, or too skinny. Heck I'm 30 I don't expect to have my high school weight back!

Thank yall, I just looked at it and it's body fat percentage not bmi. I just want to make sure I'm being realistic. I don't care what the scale says really, I just want to be healthy, fit, and not scrawny looking lol. I'm 5ft 3, my waist is 38in and I'm currently 170.

A corresponding calculator said that I would reach 10% at about 136lbs.

Thank yall. I have been doing a little bit of yoga, walking on the treadmill, and stretching. Once I get in the habit I'll be adding more.
