I think my biggest hurdle is portion control! I'm a new mom and breastfeeding makes me SO hungry! All I want to do is eat. I started the C25K program and that's really helping to keep me moving.

I usually have two pieces of whole grain toast and two fried eggs made into a sandwich. I'm a firm believer in needing fat in your diet :) other days I'll mix it up and have a high protein cereal with unsweetened almond milk.

I have a 3 month old. And I can't seem to lose any weight! I was only 7 pounds up from pre-baby at 2 weeks pp, but I've gained 5 lb since then.

In my opinion, it's so much better to have a cheat meal instead of a cheat day. You can do a lot of damage in one day!

Just sent! My confidence has plummeted since having my baby in January. I am only 10 pounds above pre-baby weight, but my body has changed so much.
