-
Thank you so much for showing me this!!!! Just joined :)

I still like to watch all of them for the drama hahah! I've stumbled upon high fat vegans on YouTube recently and catching up on their videos now :)
-
Definitely searching more sources now. Actually I'm watching a lot of the strict dieters in the vegan community on YouTube change their diets to be more "normal" it's crazy!
-
Definitely never had an issue getting in the calories as a vegan. I am cutting them now haha. Hence why I'm a fatty. Easily on a day without watching my calories I could consume anywhere from 2000-4000 calories. But there are many different ways a vegan might eat. I don't exclude vegan "junk" food like many, which includes…

Haha they are many many more protein plant based sources actually haha. And There are vegan body builders and MMA fighters :) and I'm a fat vegan so there's that hahahaha.
-
Great advice thank you :) I find that I don't need as much protein as other people to feel satisfied and satiated and that I have more energy with 30% or more fat. I am learning how to listen to my body better and not go extreme by the book diet crap anymore lol.

I understand what you mean. I suppose it's hard to find my place, because I am vegan (for ethical reason) but don't wanna follow most "vegan diets" that are set up or preached about all around YouTube with success stories for fitness and what not. Because I have tried them and they don't work for me. And I don't know much…

Yes I tried the 80/10/10 before and I just can't do it lol

Whole grain toast with PB, or avocado and tomato, or fruit etc! Or banana and oats, hashbrowns with veggies, breakfast potatoes paired with something else, breakfast tacos (corn tortillas with breakfast type fillings), omelette, frittatas cooked the previous night, granola and yogurt, healthy cereals with peanut butter and…
-
Awesome to know! I average between 25%-40% fat mostly :)
-
Oh yeah definitely don't want that side effect haha!!
-
I wasn't listening to the anti-fat vegan sources necessarily, kinda feel a little out of place though haha becuase I refuse to eat less than 20% fat. but I was like wth I thought a good amount of fat is healthy? That's why I posted a nice discussion. I'm glad to see that having a higher fat intake percentage is completely…

I love coconut oil! Avocado oil for cooking too is great.
-
For me, avocado, cashews, and peanut butter! Oh yes!
-
Ah that's good to hear. I mean on YouTube I feel like so many vegans are anti-fat. I'm just like ?????????!
-
Hahahahah that's great!!!!
-
Yes that's about the percentage I have been eating in fats. I feel good that way :)
-
First time I've heard this! Interesting!
-
I thought the same but I hear it everywhere!!! (In the Vegan community at least) meh!!!!
-
I'm always in denial about being "unable to lose weight because of others around me" I know that's not true. It's up to ME. You can still eat out and have fun and have junk eaters around you. But ultimately your calorie intake and healthier options is always up to you. You CAN do this. The others around you are no excuse.…

More friends!!!!!!! Always. Add away! :)

If you're not used to eating veggies your stomach won't have the right enzymes to break down certain veggies. You need to build it up little by little until your stomach develops proper enzymes to break down veggies. I have a sensitive digestive system and certain combinations also make me hurt really bad! Cauliflower and…

I got your back haha! We can keep up with this fitness!!!

Adding you!
