Cook with oil and butter. Drink bulletproof coffee in the morning and sometimes bulletproof shake at night. Also eat more foods high in healthy fats like avocados. I'm sure there is a whole list somewhere.

Walmart had a brand called Macs. The calories are only like 80. For 5 oz or something. It tastes kind of like a smoked popcorn. It's an acquired taste but I also don't leaving them in my car in case I need a pick me up

Haha. Yeah, that transition period is something else... I still haven't gotten the hang of keto ade. I tried it and it was too salty so I didn't drink nearly as much water that day. Propel electrolyte drink works really well for me right now.

I've been freezing my bullet oils so it is on the go for me. I just drop in the ice cube into my coffee add a littlecream and im out the door.

I'm not taking potassium Pills regularly but I do have pills on standby if I feel I'm getting a little foggy and disoriented.

That's a great idea! Yeah, 2:00 was a slump time for me. But it's also when I have back to back classes.

I've been drinking 12-16 oz BP coffee in the morning until 10 ish. So I don't start drinking water until 11 ish. I'm at about 5-6 cups water. Plus a protein shake at night.

Yes, I was feeling the lack of electrolytes at school today so I put a few shakes of salt I found in the staff kitchen into my water. Okay question, and I'm sure this is somewhere on the site but I'm not even sure what I should be looking for with this. So do you have to stay under 20 grams net carbs in order to be in ketosis or is it 20-30. I keep on finding different information and I was wondering what you thought.

That could be. I was tested alot during my senior year but it was never given a name. One doctor explained the survival mode bit to me but never said what it was. Is insulin resistance a newer term?

So far so good. I had egg muffins and bulletproof coffee for breakfast... although I only did half a tablespoon of oil in the coffee because I wasn't sure how my body would react. I definitely feel a little greasy right now, but full. Also not sure if feeling flush is normal at the start but I had a bit of that too.

Hi. I'm about to start creeping my way into ketosis tomorrow. I'm a teacher so meal prep is a big part of my life and plan to do all my cooking for the week, today. My question: Is that okay? I don't see much meal prep out there. I just won't have time to cook. Lol.
