I'm 49 and have 17 and 19 year old sons. I am 360lbs and want to get to a healthy weight in the next 2 years.

I am grateful for being able to breathe freely(no asthma or C.O.P.D.), being able to get around for daily activities, MFP, living in a reasonably safe neighborhood, and of course my kids and cat. Also I am thankful for music and good books. <3
