Natures Harvest makes a really good variety of multigrain bread. I particularly like their light multigrain bread. It's only 40 calories per slice.

I always try to pre-log my meals. If I can, I log a few days ahead especially after I go grocery shopping. Sometimes it changes but it gives me a guideline on what I can expect. I have about 20 more pounds to lose. I had almost 100 lbs to lose in the beggining. At first, 2 lb loss a week was easy. Now, I burn less that half the calories I used to doing the same activity and I would have to eat under 1200 to lose that amount of weight a week. I like carbonated flavored waters. Lots of different flavors and they are delicious. :) I also drink unsweetened iced green tea (zero calories) with sweet and low. Yummy. :D

At first I kept getting caught up after about 20 jumps, but I've now got the hang of it now and it's super fun! I think it's a perfect addition to any workout routine.

It's all under my doctors instruction. I stick to high protein foods. Eat before and after I work out and try to eat back at least half my exercise calories.

Thanks everyone! I walk everywhere now,including work and to the store. I do my biggest loser ultimate workout daily and I stick to a calorie intake of 1000-1200 daily.

Grapes! I also like to half freeze my yogurts. Reminds me of ice cream! Yum!
