I'm 5'1 and 102lbs and still have a little tummy I could lose. Its flat but have that tiny mommy pooch. So weight training/body weight exercise was recommended to me.

I wouldn't take "weight loss supplemts" their just gimmicks. There is no magic pill. But I'd recommend omega-3, class, and bcaa. Those are things your body need to shed fat and keep lean muscle, ect...

I am always crazy active even if I so decide to take a rest day. I'm a mother of 4 + 2 step children so I'm almost never just sitting down. Today was swimming and laundry and the never ending cooking and cleaning, getting them ready for school. No rest at all really. Its sun up til late late everyday for me

I do live my debit hr but some things on it just don't work perfect lot. I guess nothing is perfect. I run a lot and I've noticed my fit it and run app there is quite a difference.
