carbs are my personally addiction so i have to watch my carb intake specially rice, pasta and potatoes, lol

i personally use measuring cups: as far as rice i only eat half a cup, veggies half to 3/4 of a cup and meat 1 serving to 1 and a half serving depending on what it is, and i only drink water or coffee or orange juice.

i lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks just walking around the house and at work conducting my foot patrols as a security officer, i get 10 k steps easly plus my MFP plan., its not even hard.

i used that method plus going Focus T25 and in 5 months i lost 60 lbs before and never had any problems feeling hungry, and i planning to do the same again to get back on the program, so far so good

true queen, you still have to burn more than you consume but eating 5-6 smaller meals helps with controlling hunger.

by eating 3 meals , plus eating a snack, your eating about every 3 hours or so which keeps your metabolism fired up, if you look at any major fitness program to lose weight and getting fit like the beach body programs, or jillian michaels program they incorporate eating 5 - 6 meals( 3 meals and 2-3 snacks) look it up
