My main goal is to lose a further 20lbs (I've already lost 40lbs). I also have a goal of increasing my running speed.. I currently run at 3.5mph which is about a 17 minute mile, and I'd like to eventually be able to run a 12 minute mile.

Every morning after going to the toilet and before eating/drinking anything. Naked, and after putting just my foot on it first to 'reset' it.

Add me! I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. I tried low carb a few years ago and found it very difficult to keep at it so I gave up. I just calorie count now and I'm down 37lbs so far with about 20 to go :smiley:

Please add me fellow shorties!! I'm 5'3, I've lost 36lbs and have about 20 left to lose. This last 20 is a pain in the butt! But I'm determined. I can't imagine 20lbs being enough when I look in the mirror.. I still feel like the big girl so we'll see!
