I'm 5'3 and have lost 30lbs so far (I started at 181lbs). I eat around 1200 calories a day, but have one take away a week where I go over my calories, and I lose about 1.2lbs a week. I'm hoping to get down to about 130, so 20 more to go!

Random tip, and not sure if it will work... but screenshot the picture in you camera roll, and use the screenshot version. That sometimes worked for another app that tended to squish

Wow. You look amazing.
-
Amazing! Well done.

Add me too please! I've lost about 28lbs already and now weigh 153, but I have about 20 more to go. I'm 5'3 and 19.

I completed C25K last week, and still run at only 3.5mph but I run all of it! Who'd have ever thought I'd be able to do that?! Now I'm just going to increase my endurance so I can run a 5K, I don't mind how long it takes me, speed will come later!
-
Way to go, you look fantastic!! And that dress... damn guuurl! Keep it up.

Many people who have lost weight do not notice a difference, or still feel 'fat' even when at their goal weight. It just takes our mind a while to catch up. Did you take before pictures? Often, before and after pictures are the only way to notice a difference if you can't see a change physically in the mirror.

I have hypothyroidism and it is treated with medication. I have PCOS too which doesn't help with losing weight, but I have lost 25lbs so far just by counting calories. Once you get your medication balanced out, you'll be able to lose weight as normally as anyone else! Good luck :)

C25K complete! Still can't run 5K, but I can run for 30 minutes without stopping. Woohoo!

Just did my last run of C25K! Who'd have ever thought I'd be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping?! I still can't run 5K but I'm making progress! Go me☺️

I'm 5'3 and my first goal is 140lbs.

I hated it up until about a week ago... couldn't run 60 seconds at the beginning, now I'm running 28 minutes. Slowly, but I'm running!

C25K week 7 complete. Bring on week 8!

1) To be in the 140's by the new year (maybe Christmas?) 7lbs to go! 2) To have completed C25K by Christmas. 3) To still be in the 140's after Christmas and not put much (if any) weight on!

I think it's usually suggested to eat back 50-75% of your exercise calories and see how you go. If you're losing more than you set MFP up to at 50%, then eat more until you find your happy place.

Such a difference! Amazing progress! How many lbs inbetween photos?
-
Add me! I don't watch my carbs, I found that too unsustainable. I just watch my calories and I'm 23lbs down so far.
-
It honestly depends on how much you have to lose. If you have 100lbs to lose it probably won't look like much. If you have 20 to lose you'll look very different. Take the photo. Don't beat yourself up if you haven't changed much! But you may be surprised

I have PCOS and I don't do cheat days. I eat what I want everyday. If I want chocolate, I'll make sure it fits in my calories. I don't do low carb as I found it wasn't sustainable. I have a take away once a week which I guess could count as a cheat mean (I go over my calories). But I eat less on the other days to make up…

I've attempted 30DS (I don't about two weeks of week one then gave up). I ached so bad for he first 4 days. I also attempted C25K a few years ago and couldn't run for 60 seconds at first. Gave that up at week 3. I started it again a couple of months ago and stuck to it properly and slowed down as much as I could, and I'm…

C25K week 6 complete! I'm actually starting to think I can do this. I'm no where near running 3 miles, but I can run for 22 minutes straight!
-
Add me fellow C25K'ers! I'm on week 6 and love the program. I couldnt run for 60 seconds at the start, last Friday I RAN FOR 20 MINUTES WITHOUT STOPPING! Trust the program and believe in yourself. And slow down!

Put in all you statistics into MFP and eat no more than the amount of calories it gives you. Log your food in your diary and weight all solid foods using a food scale, and after a few weeks you will start seeing a trend of weight loss. Logging and weighing food make a huge difference and makes it much more accurate. If you…

I have currently lost 22lbs (181-159). I'm hoping to be at 150lbs by the new year (9lbs to lose) and then lose a further 8lbs to be at a healthy BMI by my birthday on February which is my first goal (142lbs). So I would have lost 39lbs all together by then, then I will reevaluate.
-
You need to lose 42lbs to be in the healthy BMI range...

Random, but I've recently discovered a hot chocolate with 40 calories in which I LOVE! It fills me up, tastes great and covers the chocolate craving... something to try maybe? It's cadburys highlights.
