if you like dessert type foods try chocolate pb2 (45 cals for 2 tbsp) with apple or celery or try tofutti fudge pops (30 cals each)

maybe try switching up the foods you eat? I know when you're dieting meals can get very repetitive so maybe switch it up? I also recommend cutting out animal products, helped me a lot! either way keep going and best of luck! (:

okay thank you both for your suggestions! I will speak more to my doctor about macros and details like that @fatfudgery @janejellyroll

thank you for the protein suggestions! and to answer your question I've spoken to my doctor about it and after taking into consideration my goals, lifestyle (dancer), and small frame, we set my weight goal at 100lbs, after which I will start putting on weight when I begin increasing muscle mass. I can assure you it's all…

nutritional yeast is good on everything lol and maybe try coconut aminos? it's like soy sauce but a lot lower in sodium than even reduced sodium soy sauce

also you can get sodium free salt substitutes that can lower your sodium quite a bit, just check your local health food store or online

Apple w/ pb2 or other powdered peanut butter fruits & veggies little bowl of cereal -I like reduced sodium Rice Krispies no salt rice cakes air popped popcorn sans oil and salt -I like to add homemade coconut sugar caramel (just cook like regular caramel but forget the butter and cream or used almond milk if need be) vans…

in my experience with nutritionists I've found they either haven't been exactly what I'm looking for, or seem slightly inexperienced in working out the issues I've presented. I recommend finding an RD and shooting them an email first, to see if they'll be able help you out and if it's what you're looking for.

have you tried zevia? it's zero calorie and doesn't have all the artificial junk in it. I haven't tried the Coke flavor but from what I have tried it's pretty good. they sell it at whole foods and on jet.com

Definitely not lol, hoping to get off those last stubborn 20 pounds by August at least
