You have to find your own sense of self in this. Honestly, it is hard and it takes being in a discomfort at times. Believe me I know but as I have lost weight and kept my solidarity, my husband started to change after several months. He wound up losing 50lbs and is now a skinny dude. I made the bedroom a place where he had…

I was badly bullied as a child for being heavy and lost it as a young adult. Then I went back and forth over my adult years until I was seriously obese. My husband never says. you're beautiful. A man I liked asked me, "What is it like to be undesirable?" I was mad, hurt, humiliated but I kept contact because I wanted to…

I also buy super small apples and eat them without limit. I never eat more than 3 and they are low calorie, satisfy a sweet tooth,…

The trick with prednisone is too override that brain impulse to eat. It hardwired you to get your chow on. Keep focused on a set food plan and try to really stay hydrated. I think that is a huge help.

Hi, I could use a weight loss pal to help keep me accountable. I too have autoimmune illness and there is nothing that says love to eat like prednisone!

If I miss any of these water workouts or weight training I really feel the impact quickly. The best you can do is to be consistent and keep it up. Strong muscles around the knees is a tremendous help. Just get in the pool!

I really suffer with this problem and many cardio workouts are simply impossible to do. So I finally just bring myself to a gym with a pool. I do a 30 minute HIIT workout with 45 seconds fake running as fast as I can with 15 seconds off for 30 min. I switch in water hand weights. I do water jumping jacks in the water etc…

SW 347 CW 296 GW 166 I weigh in daily but when I am down I stop. then I eventually face my self denying behavior and pick my focus back up. I am not giving up on my goal. I would like to be 250 in January. That is my short term goal. I dropped down to 1200 kcal s weight training 3x week full body 5 sets in a reverse…
