I eat hot oatmeal, flax seeds, chia seeds, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 3oz milk and a hard boiled egg or a protein shake blended with frozen berries...and a cup of tea. Every once in awhile I have thin sliced toast and 1 or 2 eggs, or 1 egg and 2 egg whites. mostly its oatmeal fruit and egg as it holds me best.

I have been working at losing weight for a couple of years now. I've lost 50lbs but hit a plateau and am working hard to break it. Much tighter control of portions is making the difference.
