2nd round on MFP, hopefully this time will stick around. Kinda sad to see that from over 100 friends that I had a few month ago, only about 10% are still active. Need myself some motivational people to acompany each other on this journey :smile:

I agree with some other posts on this... if you could give us more info as for example what kind of noodles you use, do you portion control? when you say veggies and fruits, it can be 1 cup, or 2 or 3 which makes a big difference. Seems like your getting a lot of your calories daily intake from carbs, I'd go lower on carbs…
