I can relate about having to take some time off. I have been off for several months because of an injury. I found it is not as easy to rebound as when you are younger. I remember years ago they used to say if you did note eat enough your metabolism would slow down. Does that still sound correct?

Thanks for the support. I think that is what I miss the most. I did get in a workout this morning and now I feel pretty darn good.
