  • Bet you caught a few!
  • I haven't walked yet to find a pokemon, planning on tomorrow morning, but my daughter had us stop at the park on the way home from the gym because someone had set a lure. She caught a meowth, so Yeah!
  • New to this group. Need to lose (relose) 60 lbs, mostly low carb and cardio workouts. I would rather be home working on crafts and sewing than anywhere else, but my 50 year old body really needs better maintenance. Would love more mfp friends.
  • I have similar statistics, but don't have the problem of losing my appetite in the summer. I do find i do better if i eat at pretty regimented times. Maybe just preplanning when and what you are going to eat? Huzzah
  • Yep! If I just reduce calories I am dying with hunger and cravings, keto and I am in control.
  • Similar here too. I started at 222 and would like to get down to 150. i have eliminated most processed foods and am eating lots of fruits and veggies. Hubby is getting up at 5am to jog with me 3 days a week. We can do this!
  • Over 50 here too. Future grandkids are my motivation. When they come I want to be able to actually enjoy them. We can do this!
  • It took me a while to be comfortable and I am very out of shape and got passed by walkers when I first started jogging, but now I don't even think about it. Like they say, Just Do It
  • Hi Jeanne. Low Carber here too. I sent you a friend request.

  • Good luck. Low Carber myself. Feel free to add me as a friend.
  • Hey. I am 5'4" and started at 222. I'm doing low carb too, because it's the only thing that has ever worked for me and like you this time I want to make it a lifestyle change. The weight is starting to come off (I haven't reweighed yet) and I feel better already. Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend!
