Hello and well met!

Older woman, past menopause, seeking to lower my weight for reasons of health.

Have been doing well...truly love this app.
But Summer is here and I have an odd problem. Higher temps make me lose my appetite. I actually forget to eat, which screws up my metabolism.

Anyone else have ideas about keeping on track?

I truly dread the summer. And keeping on point is really important to me.

    I have similar statistics, but don't have the problem of losing my appetite in the summer. I do find i do better if i eat at pretty regimented times. Maybe just preplanning when and what you are going to eat?
