im honestly not trying to loose weight anymore, but im still eating 1200 calories a day, and have 1 day where i dont count it. thats probaby why im not gaining from my cheat days.

you didn't gain weight. its water retention. i do 1 cheat day once a week where i eat whatever i want and dont care about calories. i dont weight myself after that cheat day cause it'll depress me lol but ive still been loosing weight doing that for months.

i wish i knew also! had my 2nd baby 3 months ago, and just now starting to see my belly shrink. i workout 5x week and dont eat healthy at all. just stay within my calories. i guess its different for everyone.

im right there with you! i had a baby 3 months ago and just lost all my pregnancy weight and finally happy with how my body looks again! thinking of switching to maintenance but so scared im gonna eat more and gain it all back

mine does that if i eat less than 1000 calories a day. 1000 calories is the minimum you have to eat each day or else mvp wont count it

i tried halo top for the first time today! i was always eyeing it at the store but hesitant to buy it because of arctic zero. that stuff ruined diet ice cream for me lol it just tastes like flavored ice to me. but i got the halo top chocolate mocha chip and oh my it is delish. had to stop myself at half the pint though.…

the problem with losing more body fat is that i lose everywhere except my stomach. you can see my bones but still my stomach wont budge.

wow!! amazing job! :smiley: how did you get your stomach flat? im doing cardio 3x week, strength training 3x week, and abs 3-4x week but still have a little fat JUST in my stomach area. any recommendations?
