workouts for a flat stomach
i had a baby 4 months ago. been doing fitness blender workouts and lost all my pregnancy weight. all thats left is my stomach! how do i lose my stomach fat? i do cardio, strength training, and some kick boxing. does it just take a while?

anyone else wake up bloated??
i noticed some mornings i wake up super puffy and bloated. i eat mostly same thing every day or every other day. i dont notice if its after i eat certain things. anyone else have this problem? is there a way to avoid it?

i bought 2 food scales on amazon. they both weren't accurate. i would weigh the same item multiple times and get a totally different weight. anyone have a scale thats actually accurate? please post link!

does it really matter??
does it matter what you eat after a workout? i tried googling it but theres so many different answers. i eat 2 hrs before a workout. then i burn about 200 calories per workout. i usually eats fruits after and then go to bed. should i just not eat after? is there a difference?

weighing potatoes...
should i weigh potatoes before or after baking? i just bake them with some salt and pepper.. but i noticed they weigh a lot less after baking.. when i search potatoes in the database, the weight and calories are the same for raw and baked. when should i weigh it?

just found out im pregnant with baby #2. i worked my butt off trying to lose the baby weight from first pregnancy and i finally did! but i still want to count calories and not binge eat just because im pregnant now. how many extra calories should i be eating now? or should i still eat how i was before?

Cardio or Strength training?
I've been tracking my calories and doing cardio & strength training (alternating days) and lost 25 pounds. Now all thats left is my mommy pouch. How do i lose that? Do I need to do more cardio? Or drop the cardio and do more strength training?

calorie intake advice
So when I was trying to lose weight, my calorie intake by MFP was set to 1,200. I did great on that and most days didnt even eat all my calories so i lost 23 pounds and now just want to maintain my weight. I have the settings set on "Sedentary" and it tells me i should eat 1,550. That sounds like a lot. Is that right?…

6 months pregnant at the end of every day
i wake up with a flat belly. then the second i eat, it expands. by the end of the day, i look 6 months pregnant. i never had this problem until i had my baby a year ago. is it because i have loose skin around my tummy? im doing ab workouts to tighten it

breakfast that keeps you full longer
my easy go to breakfast is usually a breakfast sandwich. english muffin with a fried egg and turkey ham. it keeps me full for maybe a hour. sometimes i still feel hungry after eating it! what are some breakfast ideas that will keep be full until lunch?

Okay so i run 3 times a week and burn around 200 calories. Then i workout 6 times a week and burn around 100 calories. I eat 1,200 calories a day, so do I HAVE to eat back the calories i burned on top of those 1,200? Or will I lose more weight if I only eat the 1,200?
