anyone else wake up bloated??

i noticed some mornings i wake up super puffy and bloated. i eat mostly same thing every day or every other day. i dont notice if its after i eat certain things. anyone else have this problem? is there a way to avoid it?

No, usually the opposite for me... I tend to be bloated in the evening after having my main food for the day, but just my belly usually.4

I only notice bloating after eating a bunch of sushi. Must be the wasabi and soy sauce.0

Pay attention/keep track of what you ate the day before to see if it's related to what you eat. Is this the first time in your life this has happened? Are you eating foods that you used to not have? Is it related to your cycle?2

What do you mean?
Is your face "puffy", or maybe your fingers?
Do you have gas?
Is this before or after you've done your business?
Do you have a healthy body image?5 -
Not sure where your bloating occurs but I wake up puffy after dinner at my local Japanese restaurant (I'm sure it's the sodium) or if I have certain meals that contained jarred pasta sauce or they are overly processed. For instance, I buy these frozen Eggplant Rollatinis from Wegman's and I top them with marinara sauce. My face/eyelids are usually puffy the next morning.0

Yes. I am "puffier" after I wake up. The water weight is usually gone 4 hours later, though.1
