10:1 is the proportion that my nutritionist told me. I think that it's a good start.

I have the same problem. I think we are just losing weight all over at the same time. Keep trusting the scale and how your own body feels.

I would guess they had a private ceremony, it just wouldn't have been recognized by the state.

40 lbs down and I have to lean against the bed so my pants don't fall down while putting on a belt.

Me too

I am definately no expert, but if you eat the workout calories wouldn't you stay at the same weight? Less calories equal more weight loss?

I think that the question I ask myself since I'm on the path to WLS is this. Is losing 32 lbs in 7 weeks something I can achieve without a push for the next 40 years? I think that I need the push.

I found that finding MFP friends that are motivated help me. I stay accountable to my diary daily. When I finish it for the night I'm done eating. No cheating. Other people's open diaries help me with ideas. Good luck.

The SWORKIT app has alot of variety. Might help.

There are alot of cliches that fit. One day at a time, baby steps, fall down get back up. If all means that as long as you keep going in the right direction of should not be considered a loss just a set back for a minute. We are not perfect, we falter. Don't be hard on yourself. Keep logging it will help you learn.

Feel free to add me. I really enjoy seeing other people's diary's to give me ideas.

I was given an equation of 10 cal/1gr protein. It seems to have helped me so far. Good luck.

Love to have more motivated people.

My nutritionist told me 2500 calories and 140 grams of protein. My starting weight was 368. I'm finding that with those numbers I'm losing show and steady. The carbs have naturally gotten lower. And it's easier to keep the diet.

Bullies are the same no matter what they are picking on. The justification n you need is from yourself because got are not doing it for them. They are not living in your anxiety, tight pants shirts that are too short, having a hard time thing your shoes without holding your breath, a bad self image or the realization that…

I believe that a food addiction is just like any other addiction. You can't cure it, just battle it one day at a time. Set your goals small so that you are able to meet them and then move on to the next. Try setting your goal to lose 1 pound this week instead of saying you want to lose 50 pounds total. Good luck, keep…

Thanks for asking. I'd say a higher protein meal or shake and some fruit. That way your body's metabolism had a chance to restart and you get some natural sugars for some natural energy. Good luck. Keep trying.
