Does anyone know how much protein, carbs and fat should be the goal?

    Just use the recommendations from MFP and see how that does for you. After a month, I bumped up my protein but try to stay within the guidelines, though remember CICO is king.

    Everybody is different. Your size, height, activity level all contribute.
