Personally, I wish I had taken before and after photographs. I think it would have given me a better sense of how much I have actually lost, and how much my body has changed.
Congratulations! It definitely shows how hard you have been working and you should definitely be rewarded with positive feedback. I notice a great amount of change. Personally, it is inspiring to me to see and hear others success stories because I know that if others can do it, if I work hard enough, I'd be able to be successful as well.1 -
