Apparently it senses the pulse in your feet and shows you your 'pulse wave velocity', which is supposed to be a measurement of your cardiac health. TBH, I'm not really going to be depending too much on that, but it was only $30 more than the non-cardio version, so I just bought the cardio version.

Sent you a friend request! But like what people said, 20lbs in 3 months is pretty ambitious if you want to gain strength and muscle. I'm personally very happy with 5lbs of strength and weight gain with zero to negative fat gain in 3 months ;)

Quite proud of my quads/thighs. As for area that needs work, it's not a bodypart, but I would like to work on my mobility/flexibility.

MFP -> Fitbit syncing is fine, as my caloric intake is syncing with no problems. But Fitbit -> MFP is not working, especially the weight I input in to my Fitbit app. I don't know about step sync, as I sync my steps on my Garmin account.

I love lifting, but definitely not the strongest lifter.
