I try to make it breakfast, but a lot of times it ends up as dinner. The people I eat with tend to just eat a lot of food before bedtime aka dinner.

Sounds good to me, lol. I’m at 139, would like to get to 130. I’m 5’4.

Yeah, someone explained that earlier in the thread.

Being an EMT in the future. Wanting to look better, feel better, look good in bikinis, and wear clothes I used to fit into.

Thanks for the help, folks.

I thought it was because of the carbs.

I thought bread was bad for you, which is why I went with the rice cakes. The rice cakes was with the light mayo, cheese, and chicken deli slices. Made a sandwich out of it. Hummus sounds like a good idea, though.

I’m on a phone, I can’t respond to every comment quickly. Just ones I see first. I replied to your other comment, btw.

I think she might be a dietician, I’ll have to look at her again to double check. I thought they were the same thing. Those are good ideas, yeah. It’d take me days to list everything I like. Chicken Turkey Avocado Broccoli Lettuce Cooked tomatoes Fish Sushi Curry Peppers (sweet & hot) Hummus Bacon (I like turkey bacon,…

Eating pizza like that was early 2017 for me. I don’t do it any more. I’ll have pizza on occasion. Yes, I did gain because I ate too many calories & barely exercised, always coming up with an excuse not to. Healthy lifestyle, eating more greens, stuff like that. Cutting out red meat, eating more lean meat & fish. I usually…

No, I don’t, because I don’t eat it all in one sitting. As I said before, especially in the main post. A meal is considered eating in one sitting. I didn’t eat it all at once. Anyway, I said once a week. So it would last me like two days.
-
I just don’t know what to eat. Which is why I made this post. I disagree with others that I can eat pizza & other stuff all the time. It’s not a good idea. I want a healthy lifestyle, not this unhealthy weight-gain terrible lifestyle.
-
Yeah, I’ll bring it up with my doctor tomorrow & schedule an appointment with a nutritionist.
-
I’m not eating it all at once though. Just sporadically through the day. And it’d be thin crust, so the pieces were a lot smaller than thick crust.
-
Haha that’s kind of cute, I don’t eat it all in one go 😂😂😂 And I’d always get thin crust pizza. It would be throughout the day, not one sitting, hahaha.

Crap food. I’ve always been a big junk food eater, mostly salty stuff. I admit, I used to eat an entire giant bag of chips to myself with a jar of ranch dip in two days. Oh, and a medium pizza at least once a week to myself. Always just, junk.

I definitely noticed it was a little sweeter when it first came out, but my tastebuds adjusted, lol. Better tasting than Diet Coke 🤷♂️

One packet of oatmeal and two cookies (150cal total with the cookies), lmao.

Mine has always been "I have exercise induced asthma". But I've found ways of working out without it flaring up too bad; an inhaler is always a plus. Also the time thing isn't really a good reason not to work out. I've noticed many people point out good ways of getting around it, but for me, when I want to watch my TV…

Chose not to have a Dr. Pepper today. I am a Dr. Pepper addict, so this was pretty hard.

Here is mine. #GymSelfie, lmfao. It reads: Getting in shape so that by the summer, I can pass my PAT and be able to be an EMT and lift patients into my rig.
