  • I really have to watch my breakfast and make sure it's mostly protein and fat. My typical breakfast is avocado, eggs, bacon or sausage. The other day I had a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit (same calories). The entire day was bad. I craved carbs all day after that. I know EXACTLY what you mean. :(

  • Rinse them and put them in the crock pot on high for 4 hours. You don't have to add water or poke holes in them. Not really a recipe but a cooking method. They are so tender and delicious this way. Maybe add a little salt and butter.
  • I used to drink about a gallon of it every day one summer (pink lemonade was my favorite) and I got really skinny. I'd say go for it!
