Good question. I've just discovered podcasts and have been listening to Half Size Me. Would love to hear about others.

I'm a big fan of Sigma Nutrition Radio with Danny Lennon.
I'm also biased towards Shredded by Science Radio because I'm one of the co-hosts ;)

Mind Pump if you don't mind profanity and some raunchy chit chat.

No Meat Athlete radio! Mostly focusing on running (long distances but also for beginners) and the optimal way of eating for health (plant-based, whole foods). It is two guys (early/mid-thirties I think) who just chat casually about the topic of the day and they have guests on a lot. Guests are cookbook authors, ultramarathon runners, healthy food advocates, etc. At first I thought the guys were kind of boring but now I am really into it and love their banter!

I honestly love The Jillian Michaels Show. She talks about fitness but not just that. Her topics are varying and wide-ranged.

There's a guy here on MFP that does podcasts. I was interviewed in March.
